Return and Refund

Return Policy

  • For whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt of the order (after receiving an RMA).
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories. If they are not, Wireless Efficiency reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Wireless Efficiency on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s).

Refunds And Credits
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card or PayPal will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@wirelessefficiency.com to obtain an RMA number and shipping address.
  2. Place the original package into a shipping carton. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  3. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package.
  4. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. (Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and Wireless Efficiency is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.)
